
Mercy Wambui is the Founder, CEO, and Lead Trainer at Angaza Africa. She is passionate about quality education, ambitious, and highly motivated with a vision to create an enabling environment for life and career success for the youth. Mercy’s passion and strength lie in the Socratic Method, encouraging critical thinking, self-reflection, and the pursuit of knowledge through inquiry, rather than just imparting knowledge. Mercy has worked as an Education Liaison with cavu.org and currently serves as the Africa Programs director.
Her main role involves training and mentoring teachers to deliver the CAVU’s CIC Curriculum to educators around Africa. Mercy is an Experiential Corporate Trainer, a Certified Professional Career Coach, and a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF). She has a Degree (BSc.) in Nursing and Public Health from Kenyatta University. She is a Gold Award Holder and a Life Member of the President’s Award Scheme, Kenya, where she has been a volunteer and youth trainer since 2000. She represented Kenya as a Gold Award delegate in Mauritius in 2008.
Stephen Kamau is the co-founder and lead experiential trainer at Angaza Coaching. He uses fun experiential games and team-building activities to pass on lessons in people skills. He has been using experiential learning and team-building activities to impact change and inspire youth in events and training sessions since 2013.
Stephen is a Computer Engineer with a BSc. Computer Science from Egerton University, with a Postgraduate Diploma in Education and a certified Kumon instructor. He has served as the Head of Senior School at Kennedy Academy Kitengela, and previously served as ICT administrator at Aga Khan University Hospital Nairobi (AKUHN). He is passionate about the environment and volunteers with Mazingira Safi Initiative (MSI) and with Out of the Streets Initiative, an organization that is dedicated to empowering street children economically to help get off the streets of Kenya.


Mary Wanjiku’s experience includes serving as an Assistant Welfare Member at Mother’s Mercy Home, where she provided support and care to vulnerable children. She also served as the Chairperson of the Parents Teachers Association (PTA) and Assistant Chairperson of the Board of Management (BOM) at Loreto Kiambu Girls High School, where she led efforts to improve the quality of education and support for students. Mary has also volunteered her time and expertise to various organizations. She served as a Communication Officer at Dorcas Homes, a non-profit organization that provides shelter and support to homeless women and children. Mary also served as a Motivational Speaker at Riabai Youth Polytechnic, where she inspired and encouraged young people to pursue their dreams and achieve their goals. She is also a Lead Director at Hope Alive Youth Mentorship Club, where she works to empower young people with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed.
Mary is a professional counselor multifaceted individual who is actively involved in community development efforts. As a youth mentor and motivational speaker, she is passionate about helping young people reach their full potential and achieve their goals.

Coach Mungai David is a distinguished professional in the fields of sports, leadership, and mentorship. Known for his self-driven, intelligent, and disciplined nature, Coach Mungai is committed to holistic growth and fostering a community rooted in humanity, selflessness, and dignity.
As the Charter President of the Rotaract Club of Kirigiti, Coach Mungai has demonstrated exceptional leadership and a dedication to community service. He is also a national team player in woodball, showcasing his passion and skill in this unique sport. In his professional endeavors, Coach Mungai collaborates with Angaza Africa, contributing to communication and Training of Trainers (TOT) programs. His role extends to Modern Talent Hub Kenya, where he coaches young athletes in skating, soccer, swimming, and woodball. Coach Mungai is deeply passionate about sports and the development of young talent from a tender age.
His mission is to identify, nurture, and develop young sports talents, providing them with platforms to grow, refine their skills, and receive mentorship. His ultimate goal is to guide young athletes towards becoming professional sports figures. With a keen focus on mentorship and community building, Coach Mungai David continues to inspire and shape the next generation of athletes and leaders.
