The Angaza Leadership Pathway
Child → Teen → Young Adult → Community Leader
Kids Fun Days → Angaza Clubs → Y-Angaza → Peer Mentorship
One continuous mentorship journey. Children start early, teens build confidence, young adults get work-ready, and many return as mentors for the next generation.
Y-ANGAZA FELLOWSHIP
From school to work and enterprise, ages 18–26.
12 weeks of mentorship, real work experience and peer leadership. 80% of fellows in our last three cohorts found work or started businesses.

ANGAZA CLUBS
Leadership and zero-waste living, ages 8–18.
Mentorship, composting, recycling and, for ages 13 and over, regenerative farming, taught by trained mentors.

Games, creative activities and excursions that build teamwork, confidence and responsibility. Parents are welcome.
