About Us

Angaza is a mentorship and training organisation that offers various programs in self and environmental awareness intending to nurture responsible leaders who care for their environment.

We increase youth employability through our Work Skills Development program where we train peer mentors (young people between 19 to 26 years) equipping them with key life skills such as responsibility, grit, work ethics and personal discipline in creating a successful career.

We mentor teens and pre-teens through Angaza Clubs and Kids Fun Days that are run by our passionate mentors and peer mentors, we start mentoring children from a young age nurturing in them key life skills required for life and career success.

Angaza Africa has mentored and nurtured young leaders through our training and work experience programs for over eight years. In these programs, teenagers learn real-life skills, and the youth get to job shadow and grow their leadership skills.
