IGNITING SELF &ENVIROMENTAL AWARENESS
Angaza is a mentorship and training organisation committed to raising a generation of responsible young leaders who care deeply for their communities and the environment. Through our self-awareness and leadership programs, we help young people discover their potential, build strong character, and develop the confidence to lead meaningful change.
We strengthen youth employability through our Work Skills Development program, which equips young people aged 18–26 with practical life and career skills such as responsibility, grit, work ethic, and personal discipline. By training peer mentors and providing real-world exposure through job shadowing and leadership opportunities, we prepare youth to transition successfully into the workforce and become role models in their communities.
Our mentorship journey begins early. Through Angaza Clubs and Kids Fun Days, passionate mentors and trained peer mentors guide pre-teens and teenagers in developing the foundational life skills needed for lifelong success. By nurturing self-awareness, leadership, and responsibility from a young age, we help young people build a strong foundation for their future.
For over eight years, Angaza Africa has mentored and nurtured young leaders through hands-on training and work experience programs that connect learning with real-world application. Our approach empowers young people not only to succeed personally and professionally, but also to contribute positively to the communities they live in.
Together with partners and supporters, Angaza continues to invest in the next generation—equipping young people with the skills, values, and opportunities they need to build brighter futures for themselves and their communities.
OUR VISION
A generation of self-aware, responsible young leaders who are equipped to build meaningful careers, care for their communities, and create positive change in society.
OUR MISSION
To nurture and empower young people through mentorship, leadership development, and practical work-skills training that build character, strengthen employability, and inspire responsible leadership from childhood through young adulthood.
Through our programs, we cultivate essential life skills, provide real-world learning opportunities, and support youth to discover their potential, grow as leaders, and contribute positively to their communities.

Our Impact
For over eight years, Angaza Africa has been investing in the growth and leadership of young people through mentorship, skills training, and practical work experience opportunities.
Through our programs, young people gain the confidence, discipline, and practical skills needed to navigate life, education, and the workplace. Teenagers learn real-life leadership skills, youth participate in job shadowing and career exposure, and peer mentors grow into role models who positively influence the next generation.
Our long-term approach to mentorship — beginning in childhood and continuing through young adulthood — allows us to nurture character, leadership, and employability in a sustainable way. As a result, the young people we work with are better prepared to pursue meaningful careers, lead responsibly, and contribute positively to their communities.
Together with our mentors, partners, and supporters, we are building a growing network of empowered young leaders who are creating impact in their families, workplaces, and communities
Our Approach
At Angaza, we believe that leadership and life skills are best developed through mentorship, practical learning, and real-world experience. Our programs are designed to support young people at different stages of their growth. We adhere to a strict code of conduct and ethical policies that guide all staff and participants at all time. Early Mentorship
Through Angaza Clubs and Kids Fun Days, we mentor children, pre-teens, and teenagers by nurturing self-awareness, confidence, responsibility, and teamwork from an early age. These programs create safe and engaging spaces where young people develop strong character and life skills.
Youth Leadership Development
We invest in young adults aged 18–26 by training them as peer mentors. Through structured mentorship and leadership development, they gain the skills, confidence, and values needed to guide younger participants and become positive role models in their communities.
Work Skills Development
Our Work Skills Development program equips youth with essential employability skills including work ethic, grit, responsibility, communication, and personal discipline. Through training and job shadowing opportunities, young people gain practical exposure that prepares them for successful careers.
Mentorship That Creates Impact
Our model creates a cycle of leadership: young people who are mentored grow into mentors themselves, strengthening communities and inspiring the next generation of leaders
